Why Bowling is More Than Just a Game for Seniors
If you’ve never bowled before, you might be wondering — why join a bowling league? Here’s the thing: bowling is one of the best low-impact sports out there. It gets you moving without putting too much strain on your joints, and it helps with coordination, balance, and flexibility.
And then there’s the social side. With the cooler weather coming, it’s easy to fall into the trap of staying indoors too much. A bowling league gets you out of the house, meeting new people, and being part of a group that’s both competitive and supportive. Many friendships (and even a few rivalries) have been built right here on the lanes.
Looking Ahead – More Leagues Coming Soon
These aren’t the only leagues starting up — the new season will bring plenty of opportunities for bowlers of all ages and skill levels.

A Note About Sanctioning
None of these leagues are USBC sanctioned — so you don’t have to worry about maintaining a membership or following strict tournament rules. Just bring yourself, your bowling ball (or use one at the alley), and your sense of fun.
