Art Walk – A Colorful Kickoff in Downtown Lancaster
Friday, July 25 • 6:00–9:00 PM | FREE
Location: Fountain Square & Zane Square Stage
Downtown Lancaster will come alive with vibrant art, lively music, and sweet summer energy during the always-popular Art Walk.
Starting at 6:00 PM, catch live music on the Zane Square Stage with Doyle Sargent, followed by the rockin’ sounds of Second Gear at 7:00 PM. Meanwhile, the streets will be lined with art exhibits, interactive activities, and even a little exhibition dancing (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds).
But one of the true highlights? Sidewalk chalk art. Beginning July 23, artists of all ages start creating bold, beautiful sidewalk masterpieces around Fountain Square—and they have until 6:00 PM on July 25 to finish. Stop by and watch the creative process unfold!
Add in some food trucks and an upbeat crowd, and you’ve got yourself the perfect Friday night—and best of all, it’s completely free.
Festival Fair Day – Family Fun at the Fairgrounds

Bring the kids, bring the neighbors, heck—bring your inner child. Festival Fair Day is packed with hands-on activities, performances, games, and more. It’s a lively, affordable way to spend your Saturday morning and early afternoon, and it’s designed with families in mind. Kids get in free, and grown-ups pay just five bucks for all-day fun.
Out & About with the Lancaster Festival Orchestra
Throughout the festival, you’ll find Lancaster’s very own Festival Orchestra popping up all over town in unexpected spots. Whether it’s a café concert, a chamber music classic, or just a surprise pop-up performance, keep your eyes and ears open—these musicians never fail to impress.
Noon at the Square – Lunch Break With a Beat
